Fairways Ashbourne are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clothing & Gift Supervisor to join our friendly team. We pride ourselves on offering our customers a unique and enjoyable shopping experience, and we’re looking for someone who can help us elevate our clothing and gift department to new heights.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and Motivating a Small Team: Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
• Merchandising and Display: Creating visually appealing displays that showcase our diverse range of clothing, accessories, and gifts, reflecting seasonal trends
• Stock Management: Overseeing stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring accurate inventory control
• Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, offering style advice, and handling enquiries with a friendly and professional approach
• Maintaining Department Standards: Ensuring the department is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times
