1. Eligibility: The competition/giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years and above, unless otherwise stated. Employees of Fairways Garden Centre and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The entry period for the competition/giveaway will be clearly stated in the competition/giveaway announcement. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.
3. Entry Requirements: Participants must follow the specified instructions outlined in the competition/giveaway announcement to be eligible. This may include actions such as liking a post, sharing content, or tagging friends. Failure to comply with the entry requirements will result in disqualification.
4. Winner Selection: The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The selection will be conducted within 7 days of the competition/giveaway closing date.
5. Notification: The winner(s) will be notified via the platform through which they entered (e.g., email, direct message, comment reply). If a winner does not respond within 3 days of the initial notification, another winner may be selected.
6. Prize: The prize(s) will be clearly stated in the competition/giveaway announcement. No cash or alternative prizes will be offered unless explicitly stated. The prize is non-transferable.
7. Publicity: By participating in the competition/giveaway, participants grant Fairways the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
8. Shipping: If the prize is physical in nature, the winner must collect from the respective Fairways store.
9. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the competition/giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition/giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.
10. Disqualification: Fairways reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or acts in a manner deemed to be fraudulent, unfair, or disruptive to the operation of the competition/giveaway.
11. Amendment and Termination: Fairways reserves the right to amend or terminate the competition/giveaway at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, no prizes will be awarded.
12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
