Terms & Conditions Christmas Events 2020
- Please note this is a ticket only family event, all adults who would like to attend require a pre-purchased ticket
- Please make your way to the Restaurant and present your booking reference / ticket to a member of the Restaurant Team
- Children must remain under the care and supervision of an adult for the event duration
- Children must stay seated where possible for social distancing
- Advance booking is recommended as key dates sell out quickly so book now to avoid disappointment
- Where a session is shown as ‘Sold Out’ – we’re sorry, there are no more tickets available for that time
- Gifts are unavailable to choose in advance
- Please let us know on the customer details page of any special dietary requirements or required assistance
- Activities during the event will be planned based on social distancing guidelines at the time of the event
- Please note full pre-payment is required at the time of booking – a member of our team will be in touch to take payment on the phone
- If you book for a group of people we will assume you are part of a bubble-please book separately if this is not the case
- If Fairways is unable to run the event due to the COVID pandemic we will issue a full refund
