How do I earn points?
You earn 2.5 points for every £1 you spend instore. 1 point is the equivalent of 1p. 2 or 3 times a year we collect up those points and convert them to a voucher. The voucher will appear in your App. We will send you an email when your voucher is ready to spend.
I already have the Fairways Rewards Card. Do I need the App?
Our Rewards App is a simple way to view all the benefits and rewards. If you are an existing reward card member, we can link your rewards account to the App and transfer over any existing points balance you have. Just follow these simple steps:
1) Download the app on apple store or google play
2) Email your email address linked to your card account (or the one you would like to use if you don’t receive Fairways Rewards emails)
3) Enter your Reward Card number and postcode
4) We will match your account and transfer your points balance
Do I have to pay?
No, it is free to join.
When will I be able to use my vouchers?
As soon as you have downloaded the App and signed up to your account.

Why do I have to scan every time I shop?
Scanning your App helps us to see what you buy and make sure that we send you vouchers that are relevant to the things you buy. Scanning also records how many points you have earned.
I don’t want to tell you my birthday, can I still sign up?
Of course! If you don’t want to share this information, that’s no problem. We only use this information to send you a treat on your birthday, however this is an optional benefit.
I don’t want an App, can I still join?
Yes, we can create a virtual card for you at the till. However, you won’t be able to see all the great offers available to you without the App.
I don’t want you to email me, can I join Fairways Rewards without providing an email address?
We don’t want to bombard you with emails, however we communicate our T&Cs by email and inform of special offers. You will need an email address to sign up to the App but you can unsubscribe from these emails if you choose to once you have signed up.
