We pride ourselves on offering our customers a unique and enjoyable shopping experience, and we’re looking for someone who can help us elevate our clothing and gift department to new heights
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a small team: Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Merchandising and Display: Creating visually appealing displays that showcase our diverse range of clothing, accessories, and gifts, reflecting seasonal trends
- Stock Management: Overseeing stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring accurate inventory control
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, offering style advice, and handling enquiries with a friendly and professional approach
- Maintaining Department Standards: Ensuring the department is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times
You’ll bring:

As a Café Assistant at Macclesfield, you’ll play a crucial role in the heart of our business, working alongside the existing team providing our customers with excellent food and customer service. Weekend working required.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Food and drink preparation

- Clearing tables
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience
Plant Sales Assistants, Ashbourne and Matlock (Full or Part Time)
We’re looking for vibrant and motivated individuals to join our teams at our Ashbourne and Matlock stores. In these busy departments, you’ll help create a friendly and inspiring shopping experience for our customers. You’ll play a key role in offering excellent customer service and showcasing our range of plants, helping customers find exactly what they need.
You’ll be responsible for:
- In store sales, assisting customers, offering friendly, knowledgeable advice
- Assist with daily sales activities, including monitoring stock levels, arranging displays and ensuring products are well presented and easily accessible
- Assist with stock replenishment and support seasonal promotions
