If we sell you a plant that dies, underperforms or turns out to be something different than the label states, we will replace it for you free of charge. Simply bring the plant and your receipt back in store and a member of our friendly team will help you.

Carry to the Car Service

We are always happy to assist our customers with any heavy items and help load them into their cars.

Delivery & Assembly Service

Don’t forget we offer a local delivery service. From plants to furniture, we deliver direct to your door and we will also take away the packaging for you! Ask in store for information about our assembly service.

Furry Friends

Well behaved dogs will be welcome into both our stores from spring 2020 and we have water points around the centre to keep your pooch hydrated! Dogs will not be allowed into our restaurant with the exception of service dogs, but are welcome to sit in our outdoor dining areas.

Free Onsite Car Parking

We have a large car park, which is free for customers visiting the garden centre.

Disabled Access

Each centre has a small selection of wheelchairs for you to use whilst visiting us. Both centres are wheelchair friendly, a lift and ramp access is available for the restaurant at our Ashbourne store.
